“Cause the LOLrus costume would have been too hard to pull off. I found all of it in shops in Wicker Park, including a set of fake nails and a iron-on t-shirt transfers for the LOL part. I didn’t want to do a black cat since most LOLcats aren’t black, so finding different colored ears was a bit of a challenge. And I ran into another LOLcat at a party, too!

* Which, despite having mostly good DJs and some nice creativity in the costume department, had pretentious, snippy bartenders, a single free beer line that took 30 minutes to complete, no one answering the intercom at the outside door, no in-and-out privileges, and only 2 bathrooms for 500 people. Ugh.
