On understanding dog-talk

Dogs are social critters, as are humans, and that’s probably why our species have gotten along so well over time. In having a rather large dog these past 9 years (by large I mean 160 lbs), I’ve learned a lot, mainly because I can’t just pick up my dog [Madeline] and remove her from a situation–it means I have to actually interact with her as an individual and try to understand her emotions, needs, and…

Rent My Boat, Man! Boatman meets Beatman

Here is a goofy character sketch by my friend Kenny that I recorded and edited. Two interesting characters meet at a techno afterhours, Antonio Caldwell (Boatman) and Curtis Filmore (Beatman). Well this is interesting…I guess it's time for a new album for me, then?

Just curious on on other girl electronic music producers so I did a compete graph. Not too bad I guess…although when Immy dropped her album she blew away the crowd. Go girl! Drop more nerdy /teched-out EM production on us, too, I sure won’t mind! Green == Imogen Heap; Blue == Liz Revision (me); Orange == Ellen Allien. I left out quantazelle.com cause it’s been down while I regroup…and, trust me, you should see my…
